Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026. This policy applies to satety.de. The legally binding version is the German Datenschutzerklärung at /datenschutz.html.
1. Controller
Controller in the sense of the GDPR and other national data protection laws:
Tetyana Samoylenko
Elbberg 5, 22767 Hamburg, Germany
E-Mail: info@satety.de
Phone: +49 160 8 452 450
2. General notes on data processing
I process personal data of users of this website only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website, my content and my services. Processing is based on the user's consent or on a legal basis under GDPR.
3. Server log files
When you access this site, the hosting server automatically collects technical data sent by your browser:
- anonymised IP address,
- date and time of access,
- requested URL and HTTP status code,
- referrer URL and user agent.
These data are processed exclusively to ensure stable operation, defend against attacks and analyse errors. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Log files are deleted or anonymised after 14 days at the latest.
Hosting provider: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
4. Web analytics with Plausible (self-hosted)
This website uses Plausible Analytics as a self-hosted instance on stats.satety.de (the controller's own server). Plausible is privacy-friendly:
- sets no cookies,
- creates no device or personal profiles,
- transfers no data to third parties,
- IP addresses are only loaded into memory for the duration of the request and are not stored.
Only aggregated statistics are collected (page views, approximate country, referrer, device class). Individual visitors cannot be identified. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in statistical analysis). No consent is required.
5. Appointment booking via Calendly
The contact section embeds a booking widget by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. If you actively use the widget (select a slot, enter data), Calendly transmits your input (name, e-mail, optional note, chosen slot) to the United States to handle the booking.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure) and, for the third-country transfer, Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR plus EU Standard Contractual Clauses that Calendly has concluded with sub-processors. Calendly's privacy policy is available at calendly.com/privacy.
As long as the widget is only displayed without active interaction, no personal data are transmitted beyond what is needed to deliver the widget resources. If you do not want to use Calendly, please write to me by e-mail or call — contact details are listed above.
6. Contact by e-mail or phone
If you contact me by e-mail or phone, the information you provide (name, e-mail, phone, message content) is used exclusively to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering).
E-mail provider: Infomaniak Network SA, Avenue de la Praille 26, 1227 Carouge, Switzerland. Switzerland is covered by an EU adequacy decision; an adequate level of protection is therefore ensured.
7. External specialist partners ("Extended Network")
For specialised tasks (e.g. AI-driven automations, marketing or payment system integration, complex interfaces) I work on a project basis with a fixed circle of qualified partners. Personal data are transferred to them only within a commissioned engagement and exclusively under a data processing agreement per Art. 28 GDPR. The respective partners will be named to you in writing before any commissioning.
8. Cookies
This website itself sets no cookies. Functionally necessary cookies may be set by the embedded Calendly booking widget — see section 5.
9. Storage period
Personal data are stored only as long as necessary for the purpose of processing or as required by statutory retention obligations (in particular § 257 HGB, § 147 AO — up to 10 years for tax-relevant records). Afterwards data are routinely deleted.
10. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding personal data concerning you:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR),
- right to rectification or erasure (Art. 16, 17 GDPR),
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- right to object (Art. 21 GDPR),
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
An informal e-mail to info@satety.de is sufficient.
11. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Competent authority:
Hamburgischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit
Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 22, 7. OG, 20459 Hamburg
datenschutz-hamburg.de
12. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place.
13. Updates
This privacy policy is updated as data processing changes or when required by law. The current version is always available at satety.de/en/privacy.html.
